About the role
- Lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics.
- Enable go-to-market success, ensuring product readiness, and driving performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.
- Build and align the 4P plan across Commercial channels within the country, ensuring coverage and consistency.
- Define product positioning, promotional strategy, and pricing architecture tailored to local market conditions, competitive landscape, and each route-to-market.
- Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
- Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Commercial products in the country.
- Drive readiness across local sales, marketing, and partner teams, including evangelism of products for local trainings, demos, etc.
- Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities.
- Track category performance against targets and KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of Commercial IT and the PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and Commercial segments, including SMB.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and drive business results.
- Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market, considering product positioning, target audience, and competitive analysis.
- Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
