About the role
- Establish the operational framework that supports the HP marketing team.
- Lead and optimize operational processes for North American Marketing, emphasizing continuous improvement and strong financial stewardship.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the ways of working, including the assessment, evaluation, and implementation of new tools to achieve greater efficiency.
- Ensure accurate financial management, overseeing both OPEX and Affiliate funds.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Finance and Alliance teams to govern funding and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead process documentation and improvement programs, formalizing and streamlining operations for greater effectiveness.
- Conduct rigorous assessments of the data infrastructure to ensure the reliability of metrics and their meaningful impact on business outcomes.
- Manage and develop the team, focusing on cultivating their strategic and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated financial stewardship, including the ability to oversee finances and create governance structures that ensure compliance.
- Capability to develop and lead a team, harnessing their strengths and expanding their potential.
- Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and leading organizational change.
- Project management experience is considered a plus, as the organization pursues long-term evolution.
