Drive strong financial results and be key player to contribute to best capacity on behalf of the team
Strong executive presence and representation of the team in Management forums
Lead OPEX Transformation savings planning, forecasting and execution
Build strong business cases on savings plan and represent Commercial Organisation at WW level
Perform Sales commission analytics and predict expected exits together with Sales comp team, provide consulting on where and how to improve Sales commission exits
Strong Project Management skills
Automation Knowledge (SQL Python, PowerBI, power query, VBA) is added advantage
Ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Understand OPEX impact to overall Commercial Organisation level and P&L
Provide finance consulting where needed
Lead, design and improve financial analysis to drive better business and financial results
Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies
Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts
Requirements
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, MBA) preferred.
Typically 12+ years of experience in finance
Typically experienced in multiple finance function
