About the role

  • Develop and scale a high-impact ABM strategy, incorporating one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches.
  • Align ABM initiatives with HP’s overarching business goals, focusing on high-value target accounts to drive pipeline growth, customer loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead the shift from traditional marketing to an advanced ABM framework, including process redesign, technology optimization, and structural evolution.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure ABM adoption across the organization.
  • Drive marketing and sales alignment by implementing shared KPIs, account prioritization frameworks, and co-owned engagement strategies.
  • Oversee the adoption and optimization of ABM platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to enable precision targeting and real-time insights.
  • Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize account engagement and influence pipeline growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of ABM specialists, content strategists, and campaign managers.
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative marketing culture.
  • Work closely with sales, product management, customer success, and executive leadership to drive integrated account-based strategies.
  • Define and track key ABM success metrics, including pipeline influence & deal velocity, account engagement scores, marketing-attributed revenue, and customer expansion and retention rates.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, A/B test strategies, and iterate based on insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred or equivalent strategic marketing experience)
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM programs or similar targeted marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in transforming marketing functions, implementing ABM frameworks, and aligning marketing with sales.
  • Expert knowledge of ABM methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven leadership in change management, strategy execution, and team development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms.
