Lead the shift from traditional marketing to an advanced ABM framework, including process redesign, technology optimization, and structural evolution.
Partner with executive leadership to ensure ABM adoption across the organization.
Drive marketing and sales alignment by implementing shared KPIs, account prioritization frameworks, and co-owned engagement strategies.
Oversee the adoption and optimization of ABM platforms.
Ensure seamless integration with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to enable precision targeting and real-time insights.
Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize account engagement and influence pipeline growth.
Build, mentor, and lead a team of ABM specialists, content strategists, and campaign managers.
Foster a data-driven, customer-centric, and innovative marketing culture.
Work closely with sales, product management, customer success, and executive leadership to drive integrated account-based strategies.
Define and track key ABM success metrics, including pipeline influence & deal velocity, account engagement scores, marketing-attributed revenue, and customer expansion and retention rates.
Continuously analyze performance data, A/B test strategies, and iterate based on insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred or equivalent strategic marketing experience)
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading ABM programs or similar targeted marketing strategies.
Demonstrated success in transforming marketing functions, implementing ABM frameworks, and aligning marketing with sales.
Expert knowledge of ABM methodologies, principles, and best practices.
Proven leadership in change management, strategy execution, and team development.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact.
Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms.
