About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of radiation oncology care delivery
- Develop and manage administrative, fiscal, nursing, and technical resources
- Ensure compliance with external regulatory organizations
- Develop operating budgets and strategies for cost control
- Collaborate with clinical leadership on quality and patient safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a work-related field from an accredited university
- Master's Degree in a work-related field from an accredited university preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience required
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience preferred
- Knowledge of radiation therapy principles and practices
- Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment
- Ability to establish effective relationships with staff and patients
- California Registered Nurse license or ARRT R.T.(T) or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology license
