About the role
- Responsible for the off-site platform operation of creators of HoYoverse in North America, maintain and expand overseas creator resources
- Coordinate with the team to formulate and plan platform activities, ensure creator activity rate, and be responsible for production indicators
- Develop educational tools for content creators to help them understand the production’s direction
- Collaborate with team members to improve the quality of content creation
- Use data and platform tools to identify high potential content creators and train top level creators for HoYoverse
- Collaborate with PM, Marketing and other teams to enhance the content impact with promotion for content creators of HoYoverse
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, proficiency in English is a must
- More than 3 years of work experience in the media industry or Internet company; prior experience in trending applications or game company is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills
- Passionate about the gaming industry with clear insights into games in different genres and good understanding of the global player-base
- Committed, self-starter with high levels of initiative and ownership
