Work with the Research and Product teams to implement and design new features, such as metric calculations or better ways of storing/presenting data
Own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of features from concept to deployment
Test and document your work, along with the standards and conventions agreed upon by the team
Help the team grow and improve team culture by putting forward your ideas

Requirements

Ability to communicate their opinions to the team, as well as with senior management
5+ years experience with Python
3+ years experience with Django
Passionate about code readability, docs, and testing as priority, ahead of optimization
Experience building REST APIs
Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database
Familiarity with Git and Docker
