Program Manager

• responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of your assigned team
• administering and overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program operated by HASCO
• conducting staff meetings
• providing technical assistance and compliance advice to staff
• conducting quality control reviews for accuracy and adherence to policy, procedures and regulations
• reviewing utilization reports to confirm staff are meeting goals
• reviewing higher level housing violations and termination patterns
• representing HASCO at hearings
• assisting in the analysis, development, and implementation of policies and procedures
• providing supervision, instruction, and guidance to Housing Specialists
• communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and peers from partner agencies
• identifying program integrity issues
