About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of your assigned team
- administering and overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program operated by HASCO
- conducting staff meetings
- providing technical assistance and compliance advice to staff
- conducting quality control reviews for accuracy and adherence to policy, procedures and regulations
- reviewing utilization reports to confirm staff are meeting goals
- reviewing higher level housing violations and termination patterns
- representing HASCO at hearings
- assisting in the analysis, development, and implementation of policies and procedures
- providing supervision, instruction, and guidance to Housing Specialists
- communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and peers from partner agencies
- identifying program integrity issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates degree and six years experience in housing management, inspections or property management, or an equivalent of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
