About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations of your assigned team
administering and overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher program operated by HASCO
conducting staff meetings
providing technical assistance and compliance advice to staff
conducting quality control reviews for accuracy and adherence to policy, procedures and regulations
reviewing utilization reports to confirm staff are meeting goals
reviewing higher level housing violations and termination patterns
representing HASCO at hearings
assisting in the analysis, development, and implementation of policies and procedures
providing supervision, instruction, and guidance to Housing Specialists
communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and peers from partner agencies
identifying program integrity issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree and six years experience in housing management, inspections or property management, or an equivalent of education and experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
