About the role
- Define and own the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and empathetic voice that resonates with patients managing chronic, complex conditions.
- Lead a complete overhaul of the House Rx website to better reflect our technical maturity and serve multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with the commercial and customer success team to make sure our customer-facing materials tell the House Rx story in a compelling and consistent way
- Provide oversight and strategic leadership to our Director of Events to make sure House Rx’s presence at conferences and other events has a high ROI
- Develop high-quality content to establish House Rx as the clear thought leader in Medically Integrated Dispensing (including peer-reviewed journal contributions that serve as durable tools for commercial teams)
- Oversee PR efforts to secure earned media in healthcare and tech publications
- Systematically publish research, benchmarks, and trend analyses to defend the clinical/operational value of the MID model
- Partner with the People team to drive recruiting marketing efforts and craft employee experiences that drive culture and commitment
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within HealthTech
- Proven ability to build & lead a marketing function from the ground up in a fast-paced, 'series A or B' environment
- Understanding of the sensitivities surrounding PBMs, Payors, and medically integrated dispensing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading university
