Project Manager

• As the Analytics Project Manager, you are the operational heartbeat of the data team.
• You bridge the gap between our three cross-functional ad pods, our clients, and our technical analysts.
• Your mission is to ensure that every analytics project is scoped accurately, scheduled realistically, and communicated clearly.
• You are responsible for protecting the technical team’s deep-work time while providing clients and stakeholders with world-class visibility into project progress.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines (workback schedules) for all major analytics initiatives, ensuring clients and internal teams are aligned on delivery dates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client-side project managers regarding project status, timelines, and resource availability.
• Facilitate client kickoffs and weekly syncs.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs that clearly define scope, preventing "scope creep" and ensuring team alignment.
• High-level administration of Airtable and Linear.

• Independently managing and executing paid social media campaigns across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit)
• Key day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound, executed, and optimized to meet performance goals
• Lead, plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, and objectives.
• Own campaign performance from start to finish, including budgets, pacing, and KPIs
• Collaborate with strategy teams to brief, review, and execute upcoming campaigns.
• Perform ongoing campaign analysis and make optimization recommendations as needed.
• Manage a varied and diverse roster of clients and act as the primarily resource for paid social inquiries.
• Build and maintain campaign documentation including naming conventions, media plans, and Airtable trackers.
• Conduct QA and troubleshooting across tracking, targeting, and creative before launch.
• Deliver performance reports with actionable insights and observations.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and paid social trends, sharing learnings internally.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching of junior staff members.
