About the role

  • Manage and optimize the performance of a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability in line with company targets
  • Analyze account performance trends and identify opportunities for incremental sales, margin improvement, and product optimization
  • Develop and implement data‑driven action plans to improve account engagement, competitiveness, and conversion across all channels
  • Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support mutual growth
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and destination trends to anticipate risks and opportunities affecting assigned accounts
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows, tools, and optimization methodologies
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders and partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles (preferably within Travel, Hospitality, or E‑commerce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of ownership, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive, results‑driven approach
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and best practices
  • Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive decision‑making
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SalesForce)
  • Advanced English is a Must
