About the role
- Manage and optimize the performance of a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability in line with company targets
- Analyze account performance trends and identify opportunities for incremental sales, margin improvement, and product optimization
- Develop and implement data‑driven action plans to improve account engagement, competitiveness, and conversion across all channels
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support mutual growth
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and destination trends to anticipate risks and opportunities affecting assigned accounts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing workflows, tools, and optimization methodologies
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, business reviews, and presentations to internal stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Commercial Optimization, Revenue Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles (preferably within Travel, Hospitality, or E‑commerce)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of ownership, problem‑solving ability, and a proactive, results‑driven approach
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge and best practices
- Comfortable using digital tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to drive decision‑making
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SalesForce)
- Advanced English is a Must
