About the role

  • Drive growth and development of existing clients through proactive management of an assigned portfolio.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, implementing actions to maximise results.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the global car rental market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B account management, ideally within travel or car rental.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through existing accounts and building strong partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
