About the role
- Drive growth and development of existing clients through proactive management of an assigned portfolio.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and analyse account performance, implementing actions to maximise results.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer requirements.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the global car rental market.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B account management, ideally within travel or car rental.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through existing accounts and building strong partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
