💰 $80,200 - $86,000 per year

About the role

  • Overseeing daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance.
  • Assisting in maximizing ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
  • Supporting communication flow between Sales and Operational departments.
  • Coaching, training, and mentoring department supervisors.
  • Interpreting and participating in financial planning, including budgets and staffing guidelines.
  • Managing scheduling, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
  • Supporting the development and execution of operational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Overseeing safety and compliance programs, including training and reporting requirements.
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and service-focused work environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel management experience required, preferably in a select-service environment.
  • Experience with Hyatt brand standards or Hyatt systems strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in understanding financial reports, budgeting, and staffing guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strong guest service outcomes.
  • Experience developing or implementing operational procedures and systems.
  • Ability to support safety and compliance programs, including training and reporting.
  • Strong initiative, analytical abilities, and follow-through.
