About the role
- Overseeing daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, reservations, guest services, security, and maintenance.
- Assisting in maximizing ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.
- Supporting communication flow between Sales and Operational departments.
- Coaching, training, and mentoring department supervisors.
- Interpreting and participating in financial planning, including budgets and staffing guidelines.
- Managing scheduling, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Supporting the development and execution of operational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Overseeing safety and compliance programs, including training and reporting requirements.
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and service-focused work environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hotel management experience required, preferably in a select-service environment.
- Experience with Hyatt brand standards or Hyatt systems strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding financial reports, budgeting, and staffing guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong guest service outcomes.
- Experience developing or implementing operational procedures and systems.
- Ability to support safety and compliance programs, including training and reporting.
- Strong initiative, analytical abilities, and follow-through.
