Requirements

5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on driving performance and results.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical foundation with expertise in at least one of TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails, plus experience working with AWS and Datadog.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
A strategic and results-driven approach to engineering and team leadership.
Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
