Account Executive

• Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads for Hotel Co51 properties with the primary focus on Moxy Chester
• Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions
• Join-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.
• Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.
• Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.
• Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.
• Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.
• Research and identify new leads.
• Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.
• Using our CRM, SFA Web, to manage leads and track performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.
• Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information.
• Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems.
• Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement.
