About the role
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities in **hPanel** across onboarding, account management, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Define problems, requirements, and success metrics based on customer impact and business value.
- Analyze product and business data independently, and collaborate with the analytics team on deeper analysis.
- Plan and run experiments (A/B tests), evaluate results, and decide next steps.
- Own and maintain the roadmap for your product area, balancing short-term impact and long-term improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other product teams to deliver solutions.
- Communicate progress, results, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager on user-facing digital products (web / frontend-heavy).
- Ability to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development).
- Strong data fluency: comfortable exploring metrics yourself and working with the analytics team to interpret results and make data-informed trade-offs.
- Solid business acumen and curiosity about how product decisions impact revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
