About the role
- Partner with the marketing team to launch new web pages, interactive experiences, and landing pages
- Develop and maintain the marketing website and digital assets; make site content manageable via Headless CMS (Contentful)
- Optimize site for speed, mobile performance, and SEO
- Design and build high-converting landing pages
- Plan and deliver website updates in collaboration with marketing on schedule
- Uphold website quality, usability, accessibility, and security standards
- Monitor site performance and user experience; use data to identify improvements
- Execute A/B tests to boost conversions and support growth goals
- Collaborate with content team to design and refine engaging website content
- Ensure clean, modern, cross-device and cross-browser compatible code
Requirements
- Must be physically based in North or South America
- 3–5 years of hands on web development experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup/scale-up setting
- Proven track record of building stunning, responsive websites for SaaS companies
- Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (Styled Components) and TailwindCSS
- Bonus skills: Gatsby, GraphQL
- Experience with Headless CMS platforms like Contentful
- Strong grasp of UI design, cross browser compatibility, and web standards
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Unbounce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz
- Knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices
- Experience using tools to monitor marketing websites for usage and behaviour is considered an asset
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
