About the role
- Support benefits administration routines (meal/food vouchers, medical and dental coverage, among others);
- Enter and update information in spreadsheets and systems related to payroll and benefits;
- Assist in the preparation of reports and KPIs for the compensation and benefits area;
- Support salary survey processes and market competitiveness analysis;
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits;
- Assist with internal communication activities related to benefits programs;
- Collaborate on projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the area.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Interest in human resources, particularly in compensation and benefits routines;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with strong focus on Excel;
- Availability to work from 09:00 to 16:00;
- Availability to commute to the Taquaral area (new Hospital Care location);
- Interest in working in a hybrid model, initially 2 days remote and 3 days on-site;
- Reside in Campinas or the surrounding region;
