About the role
- Provide in-person and remote technical support to users, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and IT services in accordance with the organization’s standards.
- Respond to support tickets submitted via the ticketing system, phone, or email.
- Provide on-site assistance to users to resolve incidents and requests.
- Diagnose problems with hardware, software, and the local network.
- Log and track tickets until resolution, ensuring user follow-up.
- Assist with cable changes, network jacks, and minor physical adjustments in the IT environment.
- Support inventory control of equipment and technology assets.
