Collections

• Perform outbound and inbound collection activities with delinquent customers, negotiating amounts and payment schedules;
• Monitor the portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring adherence to collection policies;
• Analyze and propose solutions to reduce delinquency and ensure credit recovery;
• Generate and track collection reports, highlighting recovery rates and department performance;
• Assist with formalizing agreements and sending documents to regularize outstanding debts;
• Interact with other departments (Finance, Legal, and Customer Service) to resolve issues and support negotiation processes;
• Maintain the system updated with the status of collections and agreements made;
