Key responsibilities & impact

Perform outbound and inbound collection activities with delinquent customers, negotiating amounts and payment schedules;
Monitor the portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring adherence to collection policies;
Analyze and propose solutions to reduce delinquency and ensure credit recovery;
Generate and track collection reports, highlighting recovery rates and department performance;
Assist with formalizing agreements and sending documents to regularize outstanding debts;
Interact with other departments (Finance, Legal, and Customer Service) to resolve issues and support negotiation processes;
Maintain the system updated with the status of collections and agreements made;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field;
Experience in collections and debt negotiation, preferably in the hospital or healthcare sector;
Proficiency with TASY systems;
Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with clients and partners;
Analytical ability to interpret reports and make strategic decisions;
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile;
Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance or Collections;
