About the role

  • Your primary goal is to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executive teams by executing high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach.
  • Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to target accounts
  • Send personalized SMS and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers
  • Attend and represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences
  • Engage attendees, capture new leads, and follow up post-event
  • Execute coordinated email, phone, SMS, and LinkedIn Navigator sequences
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all touch points and prospect statuses in CRM
  • Hit weekly and monthly quota targets for qualified meetings
  • Share feedback with marketing on messaging and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals (cold calls, messages, meetings)
  • Comfortable operating in a fully remote/hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% for conferences and events
  • Demonstrated passion for a sales career (internships, campus involvement, clubs, etc.)
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales organization
  • Confident and clear over the phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to craft concise, compelling outreach messages
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound touches
  • Coachable attitude—open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRMs) and prospecting tools (Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Quick to learn new sales tech and workflows
  • Excellent at juggling multiple cadences and follow-ups
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking activities and next steps
Benefits
  • The gross salary for US employees could be between USD $51,255.00 to USD $60,350.00 depending on the cost of living in your location.
  • On top of the base compensation, there is a quarterly commission structure with the possibility of earning USD $60,000 of commission per year.
  • We also offer options into the company equity through our $HOST token (RSU's), with a grant value of up to $7,100.00, to share in the long-term upside value of the company.
  • Separately, this role is eligible for up to an additional USD $243,664.00 per year in Performance Share Units (PSUs). These PSUs do not vest over time and are granted only upon the achievement of clearly defined business performance targets.
  • 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays) and parental leave.
