Requirements
- proven track record of defining and managing production plans in complex, multi-plant environments
- university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- outstanding analytical thinking and synthesis & reporting skills
- strong negotiation and decision-making skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset
- knowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s business
- excellent written and spoken English
- Spanish would be an advantage
