About the role
- Lead SAP data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business needs
- Drive innovation in Horse Powertrain’s transformation journey related to data migration
- Deliver data management strategies aligned to S/4HANA implementations
- Lead projects across PP, MM and/or SD modules and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate with senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business language
- Support occasional travel to Horse Powertrain sites as required
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading SAP data migration projects across PP, MM, and/or SD modules
- Delivering data management strategies aligned with S/4HANA implementations
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Outstanding communication skills with senior stakeholders and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data models and tables
- Experience with SAP tools such as Data Services and Migration Cockpit
- Collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and Horse Powertrain’s business and ambitions
- Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
