About the role

  • You monitor the cloud services delivered by Hornetsecurity and work on the continuous improvement of our service quality.
  • You analyze and resolve issues encountered by our partners and customers in connection with the use of Hornetsecurity services.
  • You configure and analyze services at a technical level.
  • You provide technical support and assist our partners and customers via a ticketing system, chat and phone.
  • You create and maintain our internal and external knowledge base, FAQs and documentation.

Requirements

  • You have completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist – System Integration) or hold a comparable qualification — career changers and entry-level applicants are very welcome.
  • You demonstrate customer- and service-oriented thinking and behaviour.
  • You are a strong communicator.
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of Linux.
  • You are reliable and have good organisational skills.
  • You enjoy learning new things and want to further develop your skills.
