About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and sales partners, primarily via phone and email.
  • You respond to customer inquiries quickly and reliably with relevant information and provide tailored offers.
  • You maintain a network of customers and sales partners within an assigned customer segment and continuously grow it.
  • You qualify leads and support them through to project completion.
  • You assist our sales partners in identifying revenue potential and converting sales opportunities.
  • You conduct web meetings for our customers and sales partners to present our Hornetsecurity services.
  • You make a significant contribution to revenue growth by achieving or even exceeding agreed sales targets — in short: We rely on you completely!

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training, hold a degree, or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have (initial) experience in inside sales.
  • You are a communication talent, enjoy playing with words, and like handling incoming customer calls — in both German and English.
  • You live customer orientation in all its facets, have good interpersonal insight, are helpful, and have the ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
  • You motivate yourself through your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
  • You are highly organized, know how to set priorities, and can keep many balls in the air even under a high workload.
