About the role
- Own the strategy, performance, and growth of their recruiting labor category
- Directly manage all team members within the recruiting category
- Set and execute the category recruiting strategy
- Strategically analyze key metrics including candidate pipelines, submission quality, time to fill, fill rates, and margin health
- Own recruiter allocation and req prioritization
- Directly manage category recruiting team, driving performance and accountability
- Collaborate with client and senior leadership teams
- Uphold and reinforce expectations across the recruiting category
Requirements
- Brings 10+ years of recruiting experience within the IT or Creative/Marketing spaces, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams
- Proven track record of strategically leading recruiting capacity planning
- A performance history of improving KPI’s such as time to submit, time to fill, fill rates, and margin outcomes
- Demonstrated success in partnering with clients
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
- Forward-thinking, tech-savvy leader with experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies
