About the role

  • Own the strategy, performance, and growth of their recruiting labor category
  • Directly manage all team members within the recruiting category
  • Set and execute the category recruiting strategy
  • Strategically analyze key metrics including candidate pipelines, submission quality, time to fill, fill rates, and margin health
  • Own recruiter allocation and req prioritization
  • Directly manage category recruiting team, driving performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with client and senior leadership teams
  • Uphold and reinforce expectations across the recruiting category

Requirements

  • Brings 10+ years of recruiting experience within the IT or Creative/Marketing spaces, including 5+ years leading recruiting teams
  • Proven track record of strategically leading recruiting capacity planning
  • A performance history of improving KPI’s such as time to submit, time to fill, fill rates, and margin outcomes
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with clients
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Forward-thinking, tech-savvy leader with experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies
