About the role

  • Serve as the delivery lead over Healthcare portfolio.
  • Serve as Program Manager for one large program or multiple small programs.
  • Consult on delivery strategies and drive agile delivery methods.
  • Oversee project plans, budgets, and risk management.
  • Build strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs.
  • A minimum of 5 years agency/consultancy experience. 7+ years preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years delivering programs for Healthcare clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
  • Experience and certifications in scaling Agile methodologies across an organization (e.g., SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Practice Consultants (SPC)) preferred.
