• Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy to accelerate revenue growth and expand brand awareness across North America.
• Define and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all channels in the region.
• Establish and scale our presence in HR industry events, conferences, and communities in North America, positioning us as a trusted SaaS partner.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, podcasts, YouTube, PR, events, and content) that resonate with the North American market to generate awareness and demand.
• Partner with internal and external creators to produce compelling content, blogs, videos, thought leadership, and case studies, that speak to HR leaders and decision-makers in the region.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, track ROI, and adjust strategies in real time for maximum impact.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align messaging, drive conversions, and support revenue growth in North America.
• Represent the company at North American industry events, panels, and partnerships to elevate brand recognition and credibility.

Full-stack Engineer

• Provide technical design for new features using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) methodologies.
• Maintain and lead the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Document technical architectures, workflows, and processes for reference and clarity.
• Actively contribute to the codebase (up to 40% of the time) focusing on high-complexity tasks, technical enablers and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to evaluate and implement innovative technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality software coding standards.
• Participate to define technical priorities and set the technical direction for the Engineering team.
• Support recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates to identify future talent.
• Act as a Technical Lead, guiding and mentoring Software Engineers in their technical growth, encouraging learning and skill development within the team.
