About the role
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NodeZero platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, extensibility, and enterprise readiness
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of platform-focused product managers across enterprise experience, integrations/APIs/MCP server, performance and reliability, and MSP/MSSP capabilities.
- Directly own the product roadmap for platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence
- Oversee the platform capabilities that enable enterprise customers to securely adopt and scale NodeZero
- Guide the roadmap for our developer and integration platform, including public and internal APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and our MCP server and agentic workflow capabilities
- Own the end-to-end platform needs of MSPs and MSSPs in partnership with your team
- Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across your portfolio
- Partner closely with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to define requirements, plan releases, and drive execution
- Define and track success metrics across platform reliability, performance, integration adoption, enterprise feature utilization, and MSP/MSSP outcomes
- Engage directly with strategic customers, MSP/MSSP partners, and internal field teams to understand needs, validate designs, and gather structured feedback
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or deeply technical products
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing product managers, with a demonstrated ability to act as a player/coach
- Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and multi-tenant platforms
- Proven experience owning or materially influencing reliability and performance domains, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management practices
- Experience building enterprise capabilities such as identity and access management, administration workflows, governance, and compliance-enabling features
- Strong background in API platforms, integrations, and/or developer experience; comfortable working with RESTful APIs, authentication standards, and integration ecosystems
- Familiarity with MSP/MSSP operating models, including multi-tenant management, delegated administration, and service-provider-centric workflows (experience in this space is a strong plus)
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; able to partner effectively with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success, and influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven decision making, with experience defining product and operational metrics and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable narratives for executives, customers, and internal teams
- Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping iteratively in collaboration with distributed teams.
