About the role
- Lead workshops, document current and future-state processes.
- Support CRM configuration and testing.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end operational processes across three North American sites.
- Implement a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution integrated with optimized business processes.
- Work on a long-term (12 months) contract with a global SAP consulting client for a large consumer packaged goods client.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in business process modeling, CRM/ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to operate in both structured and agile settings.
- Experience leading workshops and documenting current and future-state processes.
- Experience supporting CRM configuration and testing and acting as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Ability to work hybrid in Montreal (2 days remote/3 days onsite).
