About the role
- Handle in-bound inquiries and place out-bound follow-up calls to educators seeking life insurance solutions
- Develop trust-based relationships, educating clients on owning life insurance products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics through consultative, needs-based selling
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company quality standards
- Accurately document interactions in CRM systems and stay informed on industry updates and product enhancements
Requirements
- Active life license is required; health license to be obtained within 6 months of employment
- 3 years of financial services or consultative sales experience required, preferably within insurance, retirement planning, or wealth accumulation environments
- Experience in a call center or sales role, with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Passion for serving educators and a strong sense of mission
- Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly in a remote engagement model
- Comfortable using CRM tools, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working independently
