About the role
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact and build strong, trusted relationships with advertisers.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Deliver clear, compelling insights and post-campaign reporting tied to advertiser KPIs.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance, seasonality, and advertiser goals.
- Partner with Account Executives to support renewals, expansions, and strategic planning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations to ensure campaign success.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client success, or media operations.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing multiple advertiser accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with data and turning insights into clear client recommendations.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with commerce-driven media platforms.
- Experience working with agencies or supporting enterprise advertisers.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign management tools.
