About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of diverse roles, ranging from complex technical positions (AI/ML, distributed systems, product management) to strategic senior non-technical leadership roles.
  • Serve as a dedicated partner to our hiring leaders, delivering white-glove service to internal stakeholders through proactive communication and smooth process management.
  • Use AI-powered sourcing platforms and advanced Boolean techniques to build a diverse pipeline of passive candidates across North America, Europe, and Latin America (LATAM).
  • Use Ashby to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and hire quality, and regularly provide data-driven insights to hiring managers.
  • Actively experiment with and implement AI tools to automate scheduling, write personalized outreach messages, and synthesize evaluations to increase operational efficiency.
  • Act as a talent consultant to HTS leadership to help define job requirements, calibrate expectations, and navigate complex total compensation structures.
  • Ensure every candidate — regardless of outcome — has a world-class experience that reflects Hopper's employer brand as a travel tech leader.
  • Coach and refine our interview panels to increase hiring capacity while maintaining high evaluation standards during our growth phase.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record in high-growth environments (SaaS, Fintech, or TravelTech preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to shift between technical and non-technical searches without loss of speed or quality.
  • Advanced experience with Ashby (or a modern ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever) and a deep understanding of the current recruiting ecosystem.
  • Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Fetcher, Findem, or equivalent) to optimize sourcing and communication.
  • Ability to "speak engineer" while understanding the key skills required for high-performing roles in business and operations.
  • Experience managing the nuances of international hiring, including time zones, cultural differences, and remote working practices.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are not intimidated by hard-to-fill roles or ambitious growth targets.
