Admissions Coordinator

• Partners with other Admission Coordinators to ensure proper vetting of prospective residents.
• Schedules admissions when applicable and ensures reports are written and sent in a timely manner.
• Shares the gospel with potential residents and their families to increase admissions.
• Responsible for facilitating marriages, communion, baptisms, and funerals as opportunities present themselves.
• Communicates with all parties (Attorneys, Court Clerks, Bondsman, Probation/Parole Officers) to ensure admission is viable.
• Ensures Resident Fees are paid prior to admission and that Sponsorship Agreements are signed.
• Updates Dazos and sends reports including admission approval and legal reports.
