Admissions Coordinator
Hope Center Ministries, Inc.Admissions Coordinator facilitating admissions for a nonprofit recovery program. Responsible for ministerial duties and partnerships with prospective residents and families while promoting spiritual growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partners with other Admission Coordinators to ensure proper vetting of prospective residents.
- Schedules admissions when applicable and ensures reports are written and sent in a timely manner.
- Shares the gospel with potential residents and their families to increase admissions.
- Responsible for facilitating marriages, communion, baptisms, and funerals as opportunities present themselves.
- Communicates with all parties (Attorneys, Court Clerks, Bondsman, Probation/Parole Officers) to ensure admission is viable.
- Ensures Resident Fees are paid prior to admission and that Sponsorship Agreements are signed.
- Updates Dazos and sends reports including admission approval and legal reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and must live a life according to Biblical standards.
- Agree with the Statement of Faith, Lifestyle Statement, and the overall vision of the Hope Center Ministries.
- Successfully (as determined by the COO) pass background screening, (criminal, sexual offender, and credit), personal and professional reference checks.
- Meet any additional requirements as may be determined by the National Champion Admissions Coordinator and/or Directional Team.
