Partner with and oversee other motion designers on complex projects.
Leverage knowledge of 2D animation, editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere) to consistently produce top-quality work.
Adapt quickly to evolving tools and workflows, contributing to scalable templates and best practices that keep projects efficient.
Prioritize and manage multiple workstreams at once, while demonstrating an ability to stay organized and focused.
Respond to client feedback with thoughtful solutions that solve underlying creative challenges.
Communicate clearly and frequently with teammates to maintain project cohesion.
Explore and experiment with AI technologies to enhance motion design workflows and creative output.

Requirements
A thorough understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation.
The proven ability to lead small teams of animators on complex projects.
Expert proficiency in After Effects.
Working knowledge of Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Experience with Cinema 4D, 3D workflows, AI-assisted design/animation tools, or audio editing software (e.g., Audition) is a plus.
Deep knowledge of various video & audio formats and when to use them.
A thorough understanding of project management and motion production workflow.
A strong motion reel or portfolio that demonstrates your abilities as an animator and video editor.
Creative curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with new animation methods as needs arise.
A friendly, collaborative attitude.
Must be able to be available to work EST hours.
