Develop compelling visuals and content with AI Tools.
Create simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enhance digital creatives across paid media and social channels.
Collaborate with our Growth team, including Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, Data Analytic teams to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid performance media channels.
Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Supporting your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
Requirements
Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience with digital, design or agency background.
Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
Possess a performance-driven mindset and have experience with performance ads.
Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
Hands-on skills in After Effects for creating basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics.
Working knowledge of Figma.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Experience in creating content for various digital channels, social media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous.
Experience or knowledge of AI Tools.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space.
Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto and NFT space is definitely advantageous.
