About the role

  • Prospect and qualify sales opportunities in the CRM segment, focusing on the HubSpot platform and complementary services.
  • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with mid‑market and enterprise prospects, understanding their challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the agency's CRO to define and optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Map the market, segments, decision‑makers, and strategic opportunities.
  • Support proposal development based on needs identified during commercial interactions.
  • Use HubSpot to manage, track, and record leads and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on CRM and SaaS trends and innovations in the HubSpot platform.

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with SaaS sales, preferably with platforms such as HubSpot, RD Station, Exact Sales, or Meetime.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and connect needs to strategic solutions.
  • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
  • Proactive, organized, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems, with a focus on HubSpot.
  • English is a plus.
