About the role

  • Prospect and hunt for new commercial customers including restaurants, hotels, universities, healthcare facilities, and food service operations
  • Conduct in-person visits (“cold walk-ins”), relationship building, and follow-ups
  • Identify decision-makers and understand kitchen exhaust compliance requirements
  • Gather site information, take photos, and coordinate quote creation with internal teams
  • Present and close service agreements with an emphasis on recurring service contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Represent Hoods Unlimited professionally in the field and in the market
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or territory management (service-based industries preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with restaurants, hospitality, or facilities management is a plus
