About the role

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple related projects within a program portfolio
  • Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting standards
  • Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project managers
  • Track progress across initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects and coordinate mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the escalation point for program-level issues or blockers
  • Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps and integrated project timelines
  • Coordinate project managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent execution across initiatives
  • Monitor program performance including schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure program deliverables align with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology delivery teams
  • Translate business requirements into coordinated project plans
  • Ensure technology initiatives support operational goals and long-term strategy
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate system changes, process improvements, and technology rollouts across departments
  • Ensure program activities follow enterprise governance standards and project management frameworks
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and governance committees where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, change management processes, and architecture standards
  • Support program and department budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate resource allocation across projects and teams
  • Track program benefits realization and ROI where applicable
  • Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and program status reports
  • Communicate roadmap changes, risks, and major milestones
  • Promote transparency and alignment across business and technology teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex business or technology programs
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving technology delivery teams
  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks and delivery methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) PgMP (Program Management Professional) Agile / Scrum certification Lean Six Sigma certification
