About the role
- Install Point-of-Sale and other hardware in restaurant and retail environments
- Perform Wellness Visits and maintenance checks
- Provide technical troubleshooting and on-site repairs
- Travel weekly with company vehicle to cover local market and multiple restaurants
- Use hand tools, drills, and climb ladders to complete installations and repairs
- Follow company safety and compliance procedures (background checks, drug testing)
Requirements
- Weekly travel with company vehicle within the local market
- Some weeks require daily driving to cover all restaurants in a market
- Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Technical troubleshooting abilities
- Valid REAL ID-compliant Driver's License
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
- Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing
- Experience working with basic hand tools and drills
- Bonus: Restaurant or related customer service field experience
- Bonus: Point of Sale System Exposure/Experience
- Bonus: CAT-5 cabling experience
- Bonus: Knowledge of configuring a network system
- Physical requirements: walk up to a half mile; stand on concrete continuously 8-10 hours; frequent bending, squatting, kneeling; frequent overhead reaching; frequent travel by automobile, train, or airplane; use of small electric, cordless and hand tools; frequent ladder work up to 12 feet; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
