About the role

  • Drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and technical sales support for PLCs
  • Report directly to the Regional General Manager for BMS
  • Optimize lead generation campaigns and provide technical sales support

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling or programming PLCs
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for customer success and satisfaction
