About the role
- Drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and technical sales support for PLCs
- Report directly to the Regional General Manager for BMS
- Optimize lead generation campaigns and provide technical sales support
- Expand customer base and increase market share
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling or programming PLCs
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Passion for customer success and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
