About the role

Requirements
- Extensive experience in mechanical design and development with a strong understanding of advanced mechanical design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other mechanical design tools to create detailed models and drawings.
- Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation tools to ensure product performance and reliability under various conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex mechanical systems and provide innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards relevant to mechanical design.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of successful mechanical design projects in a similar role.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
