About the role
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an existing account base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software or Solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and managing client expectations.
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
