About the role
- Use knowledge of program requirements to communicate and determine rebate applicant qualifications and provide customer support via phone.
- Enter data into software programs of customer rebate applications.
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance on customer rebate applications.
- Conduct retailer site visits to ensure program signage is maintained.
- Attend and promote the program at tradeshows and conferences.
- Maintain productive relationships with internal and external clients, including specific trade ally partners.
- Support in the production of monthly reports and invoices for the client.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to current processes.
- Provide administrative support and data analysis for new and existing programs.
- Compile data and reports that track the overall performance of program goals to ensure financial metrics are met and meet both client and Honeywell goals and guidelines.
Requirements
- Two years minimum of hands‑on project or program administration experience.
- Two years minimum of direct, in‑person customer service experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell, and ability to drive to/from retail site visits.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and high degree of professionalism.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a self-directed capacity.
