About the role
- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive sales growth and achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with customers to deliver value-added solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (WE VALUE)
