About the role
- The Service Sales Manager is responsible for MSP Avionics and Control Systems enrollments and identifying new aftermarket sales opportunities, securing annual incremental revenue and new enrollments.
- All aspects of the Business Aviation Industry and MSP sales process such as sales lead conversion and whitespace enrollments.
- Development of sales strategies and execution to increase recovery adoption rates on key Honeywell content-based platforms coming out of OEM warranty, transferring ownership, or are self-insuring.
- Ensure and drive contract loyalty and increase retention.
- Using Quote tools, Building proposals and contracts, financial analysis.
- Customer presentations and negotiation of commercial terms.
- Achievement of sales targets, VOC feedback and participation in industry events.
- Cross-selling and driving leads directly and via channel strategy for Honeywell Aerospace Portfolio.
- Develop and refine existing MOS with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meet/exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including linearity and Quarterly metrics.
- Lead operator outreach in assigned markets.
- Key sales program execution.
- Collaborate with Customer and Product Support and Aftermarket leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (industry equivalent qualification).
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development / support will be considered or similar Business Aviation background, product and sales knowledge experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Honeywell product portfolio and associated value propositions.
- Good knowledge of our competitor’s products and services.
- Previous exposure /knowledge in industries e.g. MRO sales, Aircraft Management, OEM exposure is preferred but not necessary.
