About the role

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise wide AI architecture across classic ML, GenAI, and agentic AI systems.
  • Drive the strategic direction for agentic AI architecture, including multi agent frameworks, tool use orchestration, reasoning pipelines, memory systems, and governance models for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Data Science, MLOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, and Business Units—to define and execute high level AI architecture strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Shape the planning and implementation of AI platforms and solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, security, safety, and responsible AI compliance across all AI modalities.
  • Establish architectural standards, reference architectures, and best practices for classic ML platforms, LLM/GenAI systems, and agentic AI ecosystems.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, vector databases, orchestration layers, and agent frameworks to guide innovation and long term platform evolution.
  • Provide architectural oversight for AI solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise cloud architecture (AWS preferred), data strategy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize AI initiatives, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of AI systems into core business processes.

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of experience in AI technology or AI architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting solutions for machine learning, LLM/GenAI platforms, or intelligent automation systems.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor architects, engineers, and planners supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Strong background in project leadership, steering large-scale or complex AI architecture programs from conception to implementation.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture (preferably AWS), security frameworks, data platforms, and modern AI/ML deployment patterns.
  • Experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF) and enterprise technology strategy development.
